Privacy Policy

We assure you that the protection of privacy and personal data of our clients is one of our priorities. The processing of personal data has been and is carried out by the operator of the website www.afronatur.cz, the personal data controller, and the owner of the AFRONATUR brand by a single person, namely the owner of the company Afro-onzi Leather s.r.o., located at Jihlavská 3601, IČ 03028534, File number: C 33677 registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, as the intermediary for stays and personal guides (hereinafter referred to as the "Intermediary"). This person processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), as follows:

• First name, last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address/registered office
• Copy of passport or passport number

The above personal data must be processed in order to secure flight tickets when organizing the stay for clients, should an agreement be made between the parties. Such processing of personal data is allowed under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

The intermediary processes the above data also for the purpose of contract records and potential future exercise and defense of the rights and obligations of the contractual parties. The retention and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose will last for 10 years from the completion of the last part of the contract fulfillment, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of the contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

The intermediary also processes the above data for the purpose of:

  • Inclusion in the database for sending online commercial communications and interesting information about South Africa (JAR).

  • Consent is granted for processing for a period of 3 years.

  • The processing of personal data is carried out by the operator of the website www.afronatur.cz, the data controller, and is performed by a single individual.

  • Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by clicking on the link in a commercial or other message at the bottom of the email.

  • The data controller, as the operator of the website www.afronatur.cz, uses cookies on this website for the following purposes:

    • Basic functionality of the website.

Please note that under the Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Cancel the sending of commercial communications at any time,

  • Object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller,

  • Request information about which of your personal data we are processing,

  • Request access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or request a restriction of processing.

You have the right to:

  • Request the deletion of your personal data, which will be carried out unless it contradicts applicable laws or the legitimate interests of the data controller.

  • Request the portability of data, if the processing is automated based on consent or to fulfill a contract.

  • Request a copy of the personal data being processed.

  • Seek effective judicial protection if you believe your rights under the Regulation have been violated due to the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation. You can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
