High-tech thermal regulation: The advanced material layer effectively blocks intense sunlight and can reduce the internal temperature of the tent by 5–10 °C, ensuring a stable environment for personnel and equipment even in extreme heat.

Exceptional mechanical strength: The fabric used offers outstanding tensile strength (600–700 N) and has been tested to withstand up to 250,000 folding cycles without cracking or damage. The tent is therefore designed to handle repeated folding, transport and deployment in demanding field conditions.

Protection against mould and fire: The material features advanced antifungal and antimicrobial treatment, preventing mould growth even after prolonged storage in humid conditions. The tents also meet strict flame-retardant certification requirements according to European standards (M2, B1) and US CSFM standards.

Practicality and certifications: Despite their exceptional durability, including stability under high snow loads, the tents are designed for rapid and easy deployment in the field without heavy equipment. Construction and materials: High-strength aluminium frames combined with premium, waterproof and heavy-duty Ferrari 502 fabric. This intelligent design ensures maximum structural strength, rapid assembly and reduced installation costs.

Dimensions: Available in widths from 5 × 10 m up to 9 × 30 m. The structure length can be extended flexibly in 5-metre increments. Custom dimensions are available upon request.

2. LARGE-SCALE FRAME HALLS AND PAVILIONS (Marquee Mega)
Robust, freestanding and highly versatile structures designed for the largest international events, trade shows, festivals and mega concert stages.
Construction and materials: Heavy-duty aluminium or stainless-steel frames fitted with premium waterproof Ferrari 502 fabric. For maximum visual impact and comfort, the structure can be equipped with fully glazed walls or solid ABS panels.
Dimensions and capacity: Customisable sizes available from 10 × 20 m up to 9 × 27 m, with technical structural spans ranging from 5 m to 50 m. These halls are designed to accommodate between 300 and 6,000 people.

All orders, contractual relationships and guarantees are handled through this official European representation.
1. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

To ensure maximum security and a smooth project implementation, all payments are processed through domestic bank transfers:

70% deposit: Payable upon approval of the technical solution and signing of the custom production agreement. This payment is non-refundable and enables the immediate start of custom manufacturing in Cape Town.

30% balance payment: Payable after completion of production, immediately before shipment and dispatch from the manufacturing facility.
2. ACCEPTED CURRENCIES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are accepted by bank transfer to company accounts held in CZK, EUR or USD (according to the client’s preference and prior agreement).

Specific payment details and instructions will always be provided on the advance invoice.
3. LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS AND VAT — WITHOUT ADDITIONAL BURDEN FOR YOU

Unlike direct imports from third countries, we take full responsibility for the administrative and financial aspects associated with importing the products:

Afro-onzi Leather s.r.o. arranges and covers air or sea freight from Cape Town, customs clearance, import duties and all related charges required for delivery of the goods into the European Union.

The final price stated in the agreement is the final price payable by the client and will not change.
4. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND IMPLEMENTATION

Our relationship with clients does not end with delivery of the stretch tent. As the official European representative, we provide complete technical support and follow-up services directly in the Czech Republic and Slovakia:

Professional installation: Initial installation and anchoring of the structure are carried out by our trained technical team.

After-sales service: We provide maintenance, professional cleaning of specialised fabrics and safe off-season dismantling.
5. REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATION

As these products are custom manufactured for specific architectural projects, deposits paid become non-refundable once the production process has commenced.

Cancellation of an order by the client after production has started creates a full payment obligation for the technical work already completed and materials used.
