PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment structure

A 70% non-refundable deposit is required upon order
confirmation to initiate production.

The remaining 30% balance must be paid prior to dispatch or
shipment of goods.

Production will commence only after receipt of the deposit
and confirmation of payment.
2. Accepted payment methods
-
International Bank Transfer (SWIFT) to the company’s
designated account.
-
All bank charges, both local and international, must be borne
by the buyer.
Alternative methods (e.g., PayPal, Letter of Credit, or Escrow) are
available upon prior written agreement.
3.Currency
All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollar) unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
4.Late or failed payments

Orders not settled within the agreed payment timeline will be
placed on hold until full payment is received.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order and retain
the deposit in case of non-payment or delay beyond 14 days of
the due date.
5.Taxes, Duties & Customs
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any
other applicable charges in the destination country.
6.Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
-
Cancellations after production commencement will incur full payment
liability for completed work and materials.
